Renovation

“True to the era but make it playful and pattern filled.” was the leading idea for this rowhome renovation. This end-unit row home had so many features, from the side lights to give more natural light, to the original woodworking in the entry, this renovation was unique from start to finish. We kept the original first floor layout and added more pattern and texture leading you through toward the back of the home. The dining room needed to be a show stopper for great family meals and weekend friend gatherings. Highly functional and cheerful were a must for this narrow kitchen - an eat in counter adds a relaxing breakfast nook. Textural and colorful nods of downstairs design lead to a more subtle and restorative primary suite. The perfect space to rest and recover, this primary suite was flooded with natural light and is a tranquil retreat after a long day.
