An 1980s split level home reimagined to bring character and cohesion back to the exterior. Set within a neighborhood of similar homes now being thoughtfully updated, the goal was to create a more inviting presence while giving this house its own identity. A new front porch helps unify the facade, softening the previously choppy appearance and creating a clear sense of entry. Simplifying the exterior palette to a single color brings cohesion, while a cedar pergola introduces warmth and balance. Bluestone adds contrast, grounding the design while complementing the overall tone. Through these updates, the home feels more welcoming, more cohesive, and better connected to the evolving character of the neighborhood.
