Renovation + Conceptual Planning

This renovation brings together the character of a classic DC home with the needs of a family who loves to cook, gather, and entertain. A new two-story addition expands the primary suite while opening the first floor to a more generous kitchen and dining space. A large island anchors the kitchen, while bifold doors bring southern light inside and open the home to the beautiful, expansive backyard. Preserving the home's original character remained a priority, reflected in the entry staircase, thoughtfully refreshed to highlight its history. The result is a home that balances the charm of its historic roots with the space, comfort, and functionality this family needs today.
