A full house renovation with addition maximized the original character of this historic home. A large, light filled kitchen drove the main floor plan along with a dining bench that has been within the client’s family for generations. The second floor required significant reconfiguration to accommodate a primary suite and second bedroom and hall bathroom. Overall, the classic DC style with pops of color drove the material selection.
